We want you to love your OrreNaturals experience — and if you don’t, we’ll do our best to make it right. That’s why we offer a 90-day return guarantee.

🗓️ Return Window

You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. We want you to feel confident trying our product with peace of mind.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Provide us with the date of purchase and item received to track the 90 days.

  • You’ll need to provide your order number, email address, or full name so we can locate your purchase.

📦 How to Start a Return

Simply email us at 📧 support@orrenaturals.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

If your return is accepted:

  • We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  • You’ll also receive step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — we won’t be able to process those returns.

🧴 Product Exceptions

We accept returns on all our products, including sale or discounted items.
At this time, we don’t sell digital goods, gift cards, or custom items, so no exclusions apply.

🔄 Exchanges

Want something else instead? No problem!
Once your return is accepted, you can request an exchange or place a new order for the product you want.

🌍 European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days — for any reason — under the EU consumer protection law.

The returned item must still be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome within 1–2 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at 📧 support@orrenaturals.com.
